Everything about our stay at this Comfort Inn was wonderful. The hotel is pet friendly and our room was on the first floor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The room was great, quiet with confortable beds and everything was super clean. I stayed here for five nights and enjoyed my stay a lot. They even have bar with fun staff. I just moved to the Lehigh Valley and this was the perfect way to start my life here.
This comfort inn was a great 3 day stay for my husband and 2 cats and I! I didn’t have high expectations honestly but I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in and went to our room. The room was clean and the best part was the shower- amazing pressure and hot water. The room was outdated but that didn’t bother me, my only issue was the bed and pillows. Every morning we woke up with neck pain and sore backs. Otherwise we would stay here again next time we come to town! Also the hotel was very quiet which was great.
This hotel was affordable, comfortable, and clean. The front desk receptionist, I believe her name was Stephanie, was absolutely wonderful. Great place if you’re traveling with your family!
Have to say that the room was extremely roomy, the mattress was medium firm, and the bathrooms are clean. Staff are really friendly, and if you have a box truck, plenty of room to park. Breakfast was good! Rates are good and definitely a nice stay!
Had an extremely late check in at 3am. But since I knew this I called ahead and informed the staff, which they relayed that information to the night staff so when I arrived they were ready for me. The desk clerk made it quick with no extra chit chat so we could get to bed. The room was clean, aside from some old stains on the carpet. The noon check out time was also a big plus since we got there so late. I will trust this hotel again in the future
My wife and I traveled through a major snow storm arriving in Allentown from Indiana at 530am, many hours early for our reservation.... Kayla the Front desk clerk, and Canyetta Mobley the Housekeeping Manager sprung into action... cleaning a room so my wife and I didn't have to sleep in our car... within 30 minutes our room was clean and we were told to come in... What outstanding customer service! Staff working hard, going the extra mile for a guest in need!! I truly hope this kind of selfless effort gets recognized by the senior management.. I truly am grateful and Thankful on this Thanksgiving weekend for these outstanding Comfort Inn employees.
We had problems with booking but she got it taken care of quickly. Room was clean and jacuzzi was nice . Bed was super comfy. I have save this location for repeat stay when im back in the area. Ty guys awesome job
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Best Comfort Suites breakfast thar I've had in a long while. Nancy was on duty. She kept everything full and fresh. She treated everyone as her grandchildren.
